Industrial efficiency analysis based on the spatial panel model

Abstract High-tech industrial agglomeration is conducive to boosting technological progress, promoting structure upgrading and realizing economic transformation, certainly affects the overall environmental efficiency. However, few recent studies have focused on its impact efficiency from a green perspective. In context of development economy, it great significance clarify links between high-tech this research, we first analyzed theoretical mechanism spatial spillover effects then made an empirical analysis based panel data 29 provinces cities in China 2003 2016. During Super-DEA method, ESDA method Dubin model are used. The result shows that: (1) There significant positive correlation China's agglomeration; (2) has improved local productivity technology level through scale technical effects, which accordingly significantly enhanced corresponding efficiency; (3) association regional industries, cross-regional cooperation enterprises formation innovation networks, promotes knowledge among regions, improves neighboring enhances regions. All these three helpful re-evaluate mode industry formulate relevant government policies.
